Biography

Dr. Katalin Szilágyi provides legal services primarily in the fields of corporate law, competition law, real estate law and intellectual property law.

During her fifteen-year professional career she has provided widespread legal assistance to numerous small and medium enterprises in the course of their inception and activity, including the preparation of commercial contracts as well as consultancy about labour law issues and management of claims.

At the Ministry of Environment she was in charge of legal harmonization and has gained further professional experience by attending the course of European Union lawyer.

Katalin has participated in the legal assistance of real estate projects, and has performed all kind of legal activities relating thereto.

On the specific field of intellectual property law she has dealt with printed media, record labels and performers.

She is a partner at LegalAgain Attorneys Network and a member of the Budapest Bar Association. She speaks fluent English and good Spanish.

Katalin’s favourite hobby is travelling with her two little sons and her friends. She likes sporting activities, such as horse riding and yoga.
