Biography

Balázs Mesterházy J.D. lawyer-economist, graduated from Corvinus University Budapest and Eötvös Loránd University (Faculty of Law).
Throughout his career, Mesterházy has built a reputation both in the corporate and the civic sector, in 2006-2007 he was appointed as one of Hungary’s official negotiators in Brussels.
He has gained a wide range of experience in development policy and strategic management, having expertise in risk assessment, enterprise risk management, business design and business process reengineering, due diligence as well as compliance auditing. Mesterházy is also recognized as an experienced and dynamic project manager and grants advisor.
In his free time he enjoys cooking and swimming.
