Media and information technology
Realization of the information society creates a heavy challenge for the legislator and the attorney practicing the legislation, both at domestic and European level. The specialized colleagues of LegalAgain, together with our media and patent attorney partners, promptly face this challenge and the changing legislative environment.

We learnt to "co-exist" with the world-widely and heavily criticized Act CIV of 2010 on the Freedom of the Press and the Fundamental Rules of Media Content and Act CLXXXV of 2010 on media services and mass media and, at the same time, we closely follow the application of the Audiovisual Media Services (AMS) Directive in the nearby countries.

Our colleagues provide legal advice in data protection-related questions, as well as in connection with website content regulations, domain registration and protective proceedings of domain names. We pay particular attention to the development of IT law as new complex are of law (protection and processing of data, information technologies and copyright, domain names, cloud-computing, electronic signature, e-commerce) and thereby benefit of the trust of more and more companies operating in the IT sector.
